Dr. Shafqat Ali Shah holds a Ph.D. in Education, evaluated internationally in the USA and Bangladesh, from Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi. His doctoral research examined the impact of teachers’ behaviour on university students’ academic achievement. He also holds an M.Ed. from the Institute of Education and Research, University of the Punjab, Lahore, along with Master’s degrees in Islamic Studies and Urdu.
He has served as Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Education, contributing extensively to teaching, academic leadership and research supervision in Education, including PhD, MPhil, MA and B.Ed. programmes.
